"I've been passionate about healing

and spirituality since my youth."

"My interest in healing and spirituality led me to investigate different areas like yoga, Ayurveda, reiki, Jin Shin Jytsu, Chinese medicine and religions, paving my way to medical massage therapy school in Erlangen, Germany. I graduated from Erlangen Germany's State vocational school for massage therapists and medical Balneo therapists in 2000.

During my 20+ years of practice and experience with many types of therapy including Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu and manual lymphatic drainage, I discovered the transformative power of gentle touch and the profound healing effects that soft techniques and different pulses can have on the body and mind.

To further my knowledge and passion for healing, I began studying CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute, in 2020 and actively continue to study Craniosacral Therapy."

What is CranioSacral therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

How does CranioSacral therapy work?

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the cranioSacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. By facilitating the body’s natural and innate healing processes.

CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for helping people with a wide range of healthcare challenges associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Migraine

Headaches

Chronic Neck and Back Pain

Motor-Coordination Impairments

Colic

Autism

Central Nervous System Disorders

Orthopedic Problems

Concussions and Traumatic Brain Injuries

Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia

Spinal Cord Injuries

Scoliosis

Infantile Disorders

Learning Disabilities

Chronic Fatigue

Emotional Difficulties

Stress and Tension-Related Problems

Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders

Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)

Neurovascular or Immune Disorders

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-Surgical Dysfunction

Who developed CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.

Here's what Micha's clients shared...

Cranial massage treatments solved for 30 years of debilitating migraines and neck and shoulder pain.

"I struggled for over 20 years with neck/shoulder pain and over 30 years with debilitating migraines. I heard of Cranial Massage only a few people in the area did them. I tried another place and ended up feeling horrible afterward. I went to Micha and after the first session, I could tell that I was getting relief in my neck/shoulder that

I haven't experienced in years. I consistently scheduled with him for a year and noticed that not only did my migraines decrease but my neck/shoulder no longer had the softball size knot on it. I am able to move my arm / neck again without experiencing pain or difficulty. I haven't been able to do a lot of things over the years because it required movement in my shoulder which would flare up the neck and then a chain reaction to migraines. If it were not for Micha's caring sense of listening to his customer's body while working I truly feel I wouldn't have seen the results as I have. " - Stacy C.

Micha's treatments solved for 10 years of pain caused by military service related shrapnel in John's body!

"Micha was the best person I have ever hired.I had shrapnel in my body from the military and micha help relieved pain I had for 10 plus years .  Recently, I had ankle surgery and Micah's treatment , helped me recovered faster than most people with my condition. He also saved my life spiritually, mentally, and gave me confidence again . Would highly recommend ." - John C.

Micha - "Best decision ever!"

"I have no pain for the first time in 10 years. Best decision ever!" - Elisabeth Sp.

"In Micha I found a truly gifted healer!"

"I found Micha through a google search for craniosacral work, which I'm trying to address an old concussion/TBI. This is a subtle process and I expect it may take time to know for sure what he can do for the injury - but in the meantime, my nervous system is changing for the better and pain throughout my body has all but disappeared. I had a feeling after my first session with Micha that I had found a truly gifted healer, and that feeling grows with each session. I highly recommend Micha!" - Kathy C.
